Hannah Randle joins QICN as Director of Communications and Policy

The Queen’s Institute of Community Nursing (QICN) is pleased to announce that Hannah Randle has joined the organisation as its new Director of Communications and Policy.

Hannah joins the QICN from the British Psychological Society, where she was Head of Policy and Public Affairs.

She brings significant experience in policy development, influencing and strategic communications, and will play a key role in strengthening the QICN’s voice on issues affecting community nursing.

Steph Lawrence MBE, Chief Executive of The QICN, said: “We are delighted that Hannah will be joining the QICN at such an important time for community nursing.

“She brings a wealth of experience in policy and public affairs, and will help us to further strengthen our influence and advocacy for community nurses and the people they care for.”

Hannah Randle said: “I am very pleased to be join the QICN and to support its important work championing community nursing.

“I look forward to working with colleagues, partners and nurses to help raise the profile of community nursing and influence positive change.”

Hannah succeeds Matthew Bradby, who left the QICN in December 2025 after 17 years of dedicated service.

During his time with the charity, he made a significant and lasting contribution to its communications and engagement work. The QICN thanks him for his commitment.
